Connect Offline!
With Force.com Connect Offline, you can work on your key deals anywhere, anytime -- totally unplugged. Connect Offline uses the same browser-based interface as the online system. You can view, edit, create, and delete accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, and activities with Connect Offline. In addition, you can view, edit, create, and delete custom object records that have a master-detail relationship with any account, contact, or opportunity that is included in your Briefcase. You can also add and update products and schedules on opportunities. Then when you’re back in the office, you can easily update the online system with your changes. Please note that this feature is available in Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer Editions. It is available for an additional cost in Professional Edition.
