Looking for a way to view Salesforce contact information in Outlook? Look no further! ActiveOutlook is a free utility that plugs into Microsoft Outlook (2002, 2003, 2007). When you receive an email, simply select that email and click on the “Contact Info” button in Outlook. ActiveOutlook will perform a search based off of email address and launch a window displaying contact, opportunity and case details. Additionally, you can launch Salesforce reports from within Outlook with this utility. ActiveOutlook is available in the Unlimited, Enterprise, Professional, and Developer editions.
