Bill Goulette, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Practice Director

Bill Goulette is the director of our Data Integration Practice and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Practice. He brings a wealth of experience to our firm, having participated in scores of CRM implementations with Dynamics CRM, Siebel, and Salesforce. Bill has extensive data conversion experience from a variety of sources into Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as data integration experience between various data storage models.

Bill has held a variety of management roles involving internal systems, customer facing systems, systems integrations with primary focuses of sales, customer service and customer relationship building.

Bill holds certifications as Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist -Dynamics, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant and Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer. Other areas of experience and certification include Scribe Insight, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Crystal Report Enterprise and Designer.

Bill lives in Milford, NH with his wife and children. He is actively involved in his church and community.
