Dan PurvisWaltham, MA, April 10, 2012:  Harvest Solutions announces the opening of a Norwalk, Connecticut office serving the Metro New York area and Bermuda. This office will specialize in the cloud-based CRM application, Salesforce.com, with an emphasis on the financial service industry. This office will be run under the management of Dan Purvis, Director of Business Development.

Dan’s responsibilities include new business development, client acquisition, and building the Harvest Solutions Financial Services vertical. Prior to joining Harvest Solutions, Dan was a Senior Account Executive at Salesforce.com on their Financial Services team. Dan’s financial services background spans fifteen years where he worked primarily in banking with clients from the insurance, law, capital markets and wealth management industries. Passionately driven by his customers’ success, Dan enjoys creating vision and excitement for transformational solutions leveraging Salesforce.com’s social, mobile, and development platforms. Dan’s experience with Salesforce and Financial Services will help clients maximize the use of Salesforce.

Waltham, MA, April 10, 2012:  Harvest Solutions today announced that three senior sales resources have joined the firm. 

Dan PurvisDan Purvis is a Director of Business Development and will focus on accounts in the Metro NY area and Bermuda.  His responsibilities include new business development, client acquisition, and building the Harvest Solutions Financial Services vertical.  Prior to joining Harvest Solutions, Dan was a Senior Account Executive at Salesforce.com on their Financial Services team. Dan PurvisJohn Rounseville is also a Director of Business Development whose focus will be on accounts in the New England and Florida regions.  His responsibilities include new business development and client acquisition.  Prior to joining Harvest Solutions, John was the Director, Sales and Marketing Process Improvement at Horizon Lines, a leading domestic ocean shipping and integrated logistics company.  John has the unique skill set of both selling and process improvement experience, and has a deep understanding of the challenges involved with CRM implementation, integration and adoption.  His strategic thinking, tactical planning, and ability to cultivate client relationships will be a big asset for both Harvest Solutions and their clients.

describe the imageKaren Holt is an Account Executive on smaller accounts for all of our locations (New England and Florida).  Prior to joining Harvest Solution, Karen was a Senior Consultant with a technology consulting firm for LexisNexis InterAction CRM. She was responsible for guiding financial services and professional consulting clients through requirements gathering, design, configuration, data migration and deployment of their CRM solution, and uncovering new opportunities for product expansion.  Karen brings over 25 years of experience providing pre and post sales software application support and training, project and product management for client/server and web-based hosted solutions in desktop publishing, document management, and real-time news distribution. Her passion for building trusted relationships and achieving customer satisfaction has been recognized by co-workers who see her as an “exceptional people person” driving projects from initiation to completion.
