Many of the features to manipulate the Outlook user interface that an Outlook user is familiar with are now used by Dynamics CRM 5.0. This makes learning new tools unnecessary. There are features like on-the-fly charting now possible with Dynamics CRM software when viewing a list of CRM data right inside of Outlook. There is also the ability to view the details of a CRM record simultaneously when the CRM record is in focus on a list view.
