Right from Salesforce, you can send letters, greeting cards, postcards, sales brochures and newsletters. Simply start from a lead or contact (or a campaign if you are sending several), select the mailer, personalize it and send it. When you click the "Send" button, it's in the mail... it's that easy! It also creates a task and updates the activity history of the lead/contact and sends out the direct mail piece with an intelligent barcode (used for tracking).
Cloud2You is inexpensive too. For example, to send one greeting card, it's $.99 and that includes 1st class postage. That is less than what you would pay for the card alone in most drug stores!
