Challenge
This client was using Seibel before migrating to Salesforce. Unfortunately, their Salesforce application was not being used internally. The client needed to "resurrect" their Salesforce database and get several business units on board.
Solution
The client is now using 70 seats of Salesforce Enterprise edition. In a multi-phase approach, Harvest Solutions was able to bring on several different business units onto one database. We performed extensive customizations, data cleansing and integrations. The client now has one consolidated database to host all of their different lines of information.
Results
All business units involved in the sales cycle are now able to share a common database as well as create automated quotations and reports.
