Challenge

This client was recently acquired by a much larger company. Our client was using GoldMine but needed to standardize the company on one platform.

Solution

The client purchased 41 seats of the Salesforce Unlimited. They came to Harvest Solutions knowing we have extensive experience in working with GoldMine. Our consultants migrated several GoldMine production databases into one Salesforce database. This allowed them to standardize across their organization and view all customer data in one location.

Results

The client is now sharing data with their parent company which also runs Salesforce.com.

The client selected Salesforce Enterprise Edition. Harvest Solutions integrated their front and back office using Scribe Insight.

Challenge

This client was already a Salesforce user and needed to extend the functionality of Salesforce and had some data validation needs.

Solution

Harvest Solutions recommended that this customer upgrade from Professional edition to Enterprise edition. We performed extensive customizations and data migration services. Additionally, we prgrammed som s-controls and performed data validation.

Results

Users now have a simplified system from which management is extracting meaningful reports.

This client was relying on an unpredictable, overloaded system to track and manage its customer relationships. They needed a way to seamlessly integrate their marketing and sales efforts, and they needed a more reliable way to search, research, and store information on their customers.

Solution

The client purchased Salesforce Enterprise edition. Harvest Solutions handled the data migration customization, training and deployment. 14,000 contacts with history were successfully migrated, and a number of customizations, workflows, and templates were developed to automate activities.

Results

The client now manages their marketing efforts, their customer relationships and their sales efforts with a single system, providing actionable business information to management.
