Jay Rivard, Salesforce.com Practice Director

Jay is the Salesforce Practice Director and is responsible for all aspects of running the practice including client acquisition and retention, implementation services, and training. Jay is a Salesforce.com Certified Consultant and a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator. Jay has also attended ApexMobile training.

Jay brings a wealth of experience to the Salesforce practice. He has over 21 years of experience in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry. Jay has significant sales, marketing, technical and professional service experience that he brings to our fast growing Salesforce practice at Harvest Solutions. Jay has previously worked with Siebel, SalesLogix, GoldMine, QuoteWerks and TeleMagic.

Jay is a graduate of Worcester State College with a BS in Urban Studies. Jay currently resides in Lunenburg with his wife and three children.
