Jim Campbell is a Salesforce.com Senior CRM Consultant and Developer at Harvest Solutions.  He specializes in translating customer needs into technical solutions, and he likes to deliver quick wins using our QuickStart methodology.

Jim has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, and more than 10 years in the CRM industry. He is a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Consultant, Oracle/Siebel Certified Consultant.

In his career, Jim’s has acted as a Developer, Trainer, Project Manager, Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst. He has managed clients in a range of industries, including Government Services, Media and Publishing, Financial Services, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Petro-Chemical, Garment and Fashion. He specializes in Sales Force Automation, Marketing and Customer Service, and his product expertise includes Salesforce.com and Siebel CRM.

He is a graduate of Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada, receiving his credentials in Business Administration majoring in Data Processing.
