Lee Adler, CRM Consultant

Lee has 20 years of experience in the software industry. His roles have included consultant/implementer, business development, sales, and executive. He has broad experience with CRM and ERP systems including Microsoft CRM and Great Plains. He has implemented Microsoft CRM for a variety of companies. He has also been involved in numerous Great Plains ERP implementations. His book "Selection Guide for Mid-Market CRM Software" was the first to focus on the mid-market CRM software and especially the integration between CRM and ERP. Lee is a Microsoft CRM Certified Professional.

Lee has a bachelor's degree from Clark University and an MBA from Boston University. He is married with two children.
