
Maria Amodei is a Senior CRM Consultant and Data Migration Specialist at Harvest Solutions. One of the original partners at Harvest Solutions, Maria is currently tasked with overseeing client data migration into Salesforce.com and implementing, customizing, maintaining SalesLogix for clients such as Jordan’s Furniture, Weather Systems International and Harbor Funds.
A database enthusiast, Maria has over 25 years experience in database management, data migration and reporting. She adopts a consultative approach with clients, asking questions from an outside perspective to identify practical, cost-effective means to utilize existing technologies where possible and customize where efficient. Maria also focuses on migrating clients, including Cabot Money Management and Lexia Learning, from the SalesLogix platform to the Salesforce CRM system.
She specializes in identifying pain points in business processes and finding “quick win” automations for sales teams to speed the adoption of the CRM system. Among her many accomplishments with Harvest Solutions, Maria designed a system that integrated investment tracking and management, client and tax reporting into a CRM system for a real-estate investment firm managing $450M. She also created a front-end system supporting an 80-user field sales force for a leader in personal care response systems with $116M in revenues.
Maria is SalesLogix Enterprise and Developer certified and a Crystal Reports certified trainer. She has experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration, MS Access, database design, OLAP design, writing Oracle queries, as well as maintaining expertise in a number of smaller database engines and report writing tools. She has worked with a number of industries including Health Care, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Insurance, Retail, and High Tech.
Maria has a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Dunstable, NH, where she has been the Chair of the Board of Health for the past ten years. She spends her free time raising sheep and training sheepdogs, and she shares her home with 5 Border Collies and one Belgian Shepherd.
