Bill is a Microsoft Certified CRM Application Professional and completed Microsoft CRM Installation and Configuration training. His additional certifications include MCSE, MCSA, and MCDBA related to Microsoft technologies including Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Windows Server 2003. Other areas of experience and practice include Scribe Insight, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Crystal Report Enterprise and Designer.
Bill lives in Wilton, NH with his wife and daughter. He is actively involved in his church and community.
