Harvest solutions said it is now a certified Scribe reseller and implementation partner, and a certified Sendia partner.

Scribe Software, founded in 1996, produces software for customer relationship management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesLogix, and salesforce.com, according to the company.

With Scribe Insight, companies can migrate existing data with other applications, company officials said. Sendia, a wireless business application platform company, develops and markets WorkSpace CRM — an application that extends existing enterprise applications to wireless handheld devices, according to the company.

"A company requiring rapid data access needs a CRM solution that is highly flexible and easily integrated across its organization," explained Maria Amodei, project manager for Harvest Solutions. "The Sage CRM SalesLogix platform gave us the freedom to build the sales and customer support processes that best automate the WSI business model."

Sage CRM SalesLogix Support specifically enables WSI customer support and sales representatives to acquire a precise view of all open customer help tickets and improve up-selling and cross-selling capacity.
