Challenge
The client had a home grown solution that was not able to address requirements for certain units within the organization. Also the development cycle was long and expensive.
Solution
The client selected Salesforce for its ease of implementation and use. Being a non-profit, they also needed an application that was affordable and provided the needed functionality.
Results
Salesforce has allowed our client to capture all of the elements of their business development process in one tool. It is now being used by several business units with very different requirements. They have increased their customer service and internal communications.
