There is a free tool available for the purpose of imports with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It is less sophisticated and contains less functionality than the usual data migration tool that we use, Scribe Insight, but it is worth a look. A video that shows the product in action may be viewed here.

Synchronizing the Salesforce and Google calendars with your Blackberry
Looking to synchronize your Salesforce and Google calendars with your Blackberry? Using a tool by Appirio, you can sync your Salesforce and Google calendars. While "Appirio Calendar Sync for Salesforce and Google Apps" is an AppExchange application, this tool is conveniently included in the available services list when you activate Salesforce for Google Apps. Once you do this, you can download "Google Sync" directly from Google. This allows you to sync your Google calendar (which has already been sync'd with Salesforce) to your Blackberry.
