Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Microsoft Gold Certified PartnerWhat is the Windows Services Connector?
Organizations are increasingly using a hybrid of on-premise and hosted services. This can sometimes make the authentication and password management of the disparate systems challenging for end users primarily, but also for network administrators. Microsoft has recently offered something of a solution for this. It's called the Windows Services Connector. As described in a Dynamics CRM Team Blog article, this connector will support the centralization of active directory authentication with Windows Live ID logins. This places a welcome layer of abstraction over the authentication of Microsoft Online services and the users business network allowing them to concentrate on conducting their business.

Salesforce.com Select Consulting PartnerCase Teams
A case team is a team of users that work together on a case. For example, your case team may include a support rep, support manager, and a product manager.

Every member of a case team has a role that he or she plays for the case, such as "Customer Contact" or "Case Manager". Roles determine access to the case, like Read Only or Read/Write access, and whether the member in the role is visible to users in the Customer Portal.
