Scheduling a Dashboard Refresh
With the Spring '08 release, you can schedule an existing dashboard to refresh daily, weekly, or monthly so that you can work in Salesforce without having to wait for the most recent data to refresh. Furthermore, after a refresh completes you can send an email notification to yourself and other users that includes the dashboard in HTML format. In email applications that do not support HTML, the notification displays text that includes a link to the dashboard in Salesforce. Users can view the dashboard after they log in. Please note that this feature requires the Enterprise & Unlimited Editions.
